Can somebody please explain step by step why the bots wont work?

I type in plugin_load ..\HPB_Bot2, and it comes up with this:

Loading unsigned module ..\HPB_Bot2
Access to secure servers is disabled.
Unable to load plugin "..\HPB_Bot2"
Unable to load plugin "..\HPB_Bot2"


HELP PLEASE!

put -insecure in your TF2 advanced settings. That place where you put -console, for example.

It was in insecure mode, but i already figured it out anyway.
