i like the tf2 bots and all but sometimes i think rcbot2 is better or sometimes just more fun. noticed alot of bugs with tf2bot (getting stuck). i wish they released more cp maps. how do you make or do waypoints for tf2bot? or is it like a mesh overlay on the map or something

I guess you contradict yourself a lot.
First why you say that the new update broke the bots?
The bots are working for me, the only thing they broke is adding visible loadout weapons.

Second, are you posting about tf2bots? This is RCBot, not tf2bots, if you want that, go to steam forums.

Rcbot is indeed, better, somehow. However it's falling down quite fast since Cheeseh is dead and noone wants to update it, also it depends heavily on waypoints.
BTW: You can make waypoint mesh for Tf2 typing nav_generate while having sv_cheats 1.

No, of course not (I suppose), just he doesn't show up. Nobody shows up.
I'll later run rcbot to see if it crashes to me, tf2 has just been updated so...

Whops, it seems you're right, I cannot load a game with RCBOT, seems to be broken due to the latest update.
If Cheeseh doesn't shows up, it may mean he's dead, since this is important.

that sucks! i wish so bad i knew how to fix it (learning to make a script was fun enought) makes me feel retarded. dazmniit

I feel that too, but ain't that easy.
I know the source code of the bots are somewhere else, and once I tried to download them but I do not know what program I have to use.

Also, Cheeseh made the bots, so he is the best to fix this.
But what if he's dead? Or worse? What if he wants to leave the project? We know (And let be honest) that TfBots got the advantage now.
Cheeseh, are you alive? Give us signs that you are, please .

jees guys, I'm still alive, all we need to do is update the project with the headers from the latest sdk that can be found in the link in Rcbot 2 source, the problem is my internet here in china is really crap and I can never seem to download the headers easily so I can update it. I will keep trying, I am going to try now , will just see how long it will take to download.... will need a download manager i think. not only that ,but my steam went crazy and now has to download TF2 all over again, with my crappy internet thats going to take forever
