Hi, i download the Latest Version TF2 Bots (0.4.4). I Have NoN-Steam version, No Scout update, I Load the Game with console, i write there: plugin_load "..\bin\HPB_Bot2" , ok, and writes this on his end:
[RCBOT] Cannot open game server interface ServerGameDLL006 IServerGameDLL servergamedll
Failed to load plugin ..binHPB_Bot2
Unable to load plugin ..binHPB_Bot2

OK, This is Error (according to me), After is i load 1 map (pl_goldrush) Enable cheats (sv_cheats 1), and write the console: rcbot addbot (Unkown Command) or rcbot addbot 3 (Unkown Command)

Please, Can you help me? Cheese or somebody.

Non-Steam version? That means you have an illegal version of the game. For the mod to work you need the latest Steam (legal) version.

Geralt (Lord_Gannondorf from PeZBOT, too.)

WoW, my friend is NoN-Steam Version, and works for him, i have something GamerX TF2 Version. what may be the mistake then. smile.gif

You need a newer version - that is all I am saying.

We won't be discussing illegal versions of TF2 here.

Okay, I carried it over to one of my friends (he buy it today the Game TF2), does not work for him, error, Does he not work on Hungary (RCBot2)? :-)

It might be late to ask, but did your friend load it correctly?
from the main menu,not on the map,that is.
Also,what does rcbot2 say when it does the error?

Do you still have the no Scout update version?
0.4.4 Needs that update to work.
EDIT: Originally Rcbot2 used the SourceMods folder for functioning.
now it uses the steamapps/steamaccounthere folder,so like Geralt said,you need the legal version of TF2 for RCbot2 to work.
Or you can just get an older version of Rcbot...

I have TF2 v1.0.5.0 patch.

one of the versions do not work for me, and here, in Hungary very expensive the game.

8000 HUF (Hungarian Forint)
1 HUF = 200 $

Just download Rcbot2 0.4, that should work with your TF2.

Also, isn't 8000 HUF 1600000 Dollars? If it is, damn Hungary is ripping off people for TF2! D:

The problem is the emulator which the "nonsteam" version uses.
You need a new one, but it's far better to go and buy the game. (:

It's not good to talk about nonsteam versions of the game (illegal ones).

Hello, pls help, work RCbot2 yeah, but 1 probleme, bots dont move, pls help, on the map added sv_cheats 1 and added : rcbot addbot, and write the console:
[RCBot] No bot profiles are free, creating a default bot...
[RCBot] bot added
RCBot connected

What is the error?

Put the rcbot2 folder in your \steamdir\steamapps\username\
In the folder where team fortress 2 is.
