Server setup help, Noob needs help! :P Options

So I would like to install bots on my TF2 server to fool around with when on one is there, before people will start joining.

I read the read me for personal setup but im a bit confused about a server setup...
My host is gameservers.com, server runs Source Mod, and I use FTP to add files and such.
Please give me step by step instructions on how I should go about this (my guess is to just put files in correct place and type the right commands in )

Also would this make a big download for people who are joining my server?
And a tip: You should make a few videos how your bots handle themselves some where on the front page of the site "Videos" or in the media section
