Bot gets stuck on the ladder, never climbs it and eventually commits suicide, I need at least 1 player to be able to use the elevator and continue.

Looks like the fix is to move the top ladder waypoint out of the wall and more in line with the lower ladder waypoint. That stops the bots trying to go through the wall as they climb the ladder.
