adding bot crashes the server

adding bot crashes the server, help!!!

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 5 Joined: 23-February 04 Member No.: 255	ok, i followed the simple steps to install the bot, i added myself to users file. i restarted the server (dedicated linux). after connecting to it i typed rcbot set_pass ****. it told me i'm logged in. then i used the menu to add an alien bot. I was holding my +showscore button, the bot never joined and the server crashed 2 seconds later. what could be the reason?

Admin Group: Admin Posts: 3,066 Joined: 11-September 03 From: uk Member No.: 1	are you using metamod, if so which plugins, there are threads about aliens crashing the server because of some metamod plugins that may be running.
