I'ts a bit confusing where you put the RcBot Folder. I assume you are using the metamod version of RcBot as you have an addins folder, but I'm not sure how u even got as far as you did.

Anyway, your Rcbot Folder is in the wrong place chowkaifai! It should be:

E:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\tomchow121@yahoo.com.hk\half-life\rcbot

That should sort it, as long as you double-check your metamod plugins.ini etc to suit the directory change! Sandman has made quite a few posts giving more details of directory placement elsewhere in the forum: ph34r:

The plot thickens! well you have moved RcBot to the right place and it is now behaving as if it is in the wrong place.
Hmm lets try an experiment as I re-read your 1st post and spotted that the RcBot was possibly working at that time although the server said :

No Bot Profiles have been found that are free...

now that message sometimes shows when min_bot and max_bot are set wrong.
Normally cured by (setting max_bot in the bot_config file to 8 or someother figure higher than 2 and min_bot to -1 or the minimum number of bots you want)

It now appears that the bot profiles subfolder is possibly missing from the rcbot folder. Is it in there?

as I said before the entire RCBot folder with all its subdirectories as unzipped should in your case be copied to:

E:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\tomchow121@yahoo.com.hk\half-life

so that you then have:

E:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\tomchow121@yahoo.com.hk\half-life\rcbot

I'm sorry if this is not too clear - but my chinese is non-existant - any way let us know how you get on....

It does sound like the rcbot\botprofiles\1.ini is either missing or corrupted. Re-check your directory structure and make sure these files are where they are suppose to be.
