How do bot profiles work under RCBot2?

I don't seem to see this already answered in another thread, or the FAQ page or any install doc, so I guess I'll ask here ...
  • What options can be specified in the numbered bot INI files?
  • Is there an option to force a standard across all the bots instead of specifying in individual INI files?
  • Is there an HBP_Bot-like equivelant to HPB_bot_names.txt that can be used instead of making individual INI files?
  • I saw mention in a thread about a bot_profile.in file mentioned. It doesn't seem to appear in the default ZIP files, what's that for? or is that only for RCBot - not RCBot2?
