NS crashed/freezed, with RCbot & Whichbot and Metamod Options

Hi all

I followed the instructions listed here to enable both RCBot v1.3 & Whichbot v0.86 using Metamod v1.17. All was fine but the game often crashed after playing about 20-30 mins.

But when I disable the Metamod and run only RCBot v1.3, the game didn't crashed. I played about an 50 mins and the game didn't crased. I quit before I finish the game though.

So what's wrong? Is it because Whichbot is enable?

Btw I'm using NS v2.0

no idea I've noticed one or two crashes Ive fixed for next rcbot but thats about it (the problem has to do with bot reps ... to fix delete bot rep files (.rcr files)and the playerids.ini fle) thats the only main crash I found and there are some problems sometimes with their tasks which can get jumbled up sometimes causing a crash.

You should see if whichbot has any known crashes.

Try getting the NS 2.01 server side only patch. I know it says "server only" but a listenserver is a server non the less. It seems to be a bit more stable then the default client NS 2.0 release.

EDIT: It's more stable now. One question, does the current bot compatible with Whichbot v0.91?
