I think it would seem better for some paths to have waypoint flags. Almost any waypoint flag would seem better for paths instead. If a path had a crawl flag, the bots would only crawl along that path, rather than go from a waypoint that might lead to ten others that has crawl meant for only one path.

This makes very little sence. Why should there be a crawl flag across a series of waypoint pathways when you really only need to use "crouch" waypoints to complete the same task.
![]() Try this next time your waypointing. Open your console and type: rcbot waypoint_menu If you can't find a waypoint tag that you need for your waypoint project then you shouldn't be waypointing. ![]() |

The reason for doing it for waypoints instead of waypoint paths is simply because you can acheive the same effect by using waypoints, and have more complicated crouching paths etc...
It's like instead of having a "ladder & jump" waypoint give the waypoint both ladder and jump flags. Also a jump waypoint doesn't have much of a meaning with a path, we won't know when to jump. |
