 Bots Not Attacking |

i have a server with this and the bots seem not to want to attack anthing but yell "can i have god" (lol) and run around in circles i put the aim so they have perfect and they aim fast but they seem not to want to fire lol how do i fix this?

Not spacific enough. What NS mode are you having problems with? Combat Classic Special Combat ( aka: AvA & MvM ) Also, does the map your trying to play have waypoints? |

im not useing natural selection but im having problems with is combat classic (ifs thats just running and moving to a place) and no i dont have waypoints these bots will not attack its almsot like they have no weapon like having know knife in cs and holding nothing out
and also how could i make waypoints or is there somthing that will show me how to? |

Well, you need waypoints if you want your bots to play any map. If your simply looking for waypoints then sign up at Waypoint World and have a look around. Also, feel free to post requests for maps still not waypointed.

im useing The Specialist Mod
i made the way points as u said in http://rcbot.bots-united.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=705 they now can move to more areas but they dont like to attack just say stupid stuff and some of them just stand and do nothing but look at a wall |

Rcbot only supports the following HL mods....
Natural Selection Sven Coop Battle Grounds Bumper Cars Rocket Crowbar Half-life Deathmatch Deathmatch Classic As far as I know, there is no support for the specialist mod. |

They only kung fu.
But they need waypoints as most TS maps haven't been waypointed. HAving autowayponit on may be good enough on most TS maps. You should try the LATEST Beta, it is more likely there won't be any problems there. |

iv used the latest beta and it came i with ts way points but im not playing those maps do u know when it will be suported if ever?

they will probably never support guns, thats all i can say:P right now they kung fu and steal weapons that they knock off other players and they might use them, but not evry well, because the weapon detection code is different in TS and is a bit crap since it makes the bots not know what weapons they have.

I'm a bit suprised to find TS waypoint in the rcbot folder. Didn't know RCbot support it
 . Btw, only four of the official maps are waypointed, the rest are just custom maps.Underspy, you need to waypoint the other map yourself or find someone to waypoint it for you. On the other hand, you can just use the bot that is included with the mod (dunno if they took it away in the latest version). |
