Rcbot problem Options

I've decided to put some Rcbots to my server due the low activity recently. But I have some problems with installing it, posting some screen shots to explain and to show how I've installed everything

Edit:

I've renamed the TeamFortress Folder in waypoints to orangebox already.
And I'm using "http://rcbot.bots-united.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1615" the dll that you can download there.

Edit2:

Think I found the solution here gonna try out "rcbotd addbot" (it did say bot added when i did that command).

Doesn't work, It says that it's adding a bot but it doesnt.
