Always when i try to host a server with Steam, it always crashes the HL. Does anyone know what the **** is wrong with it?

i have the same problem.
I have no separate mods installed, ive installed rcbot properly set everything up and when i run steam>create server> start it holds for 5-6 seconds then gives me the old "Half-Life Launcher has ecountered a problem and needs to close" then dumps me onto my desktop and i cant figure a way round it. |
