Are there waypoint files for the maps your running (as the bots arent moving..?) they should be in the rcbot/waypoints/bg folder. Also make sure the rcbot folder is in the right place so it can find them Sorry I can't help, if you are using metamod, because that should do all the engine stuff for the bot regardless of steam/won.
