Mod to avoid Flagged Cheat Server? Options

Looking for some help finding a sourcemod that will allow you to use sv_cheats without flagging a private/local server(for solo bot play) as a cheat server. Googled it to only one mod thats 4 years old so im sure it wont work with modern TF2 or DODS. Here is that link:

If anyone can help me find this i'd appreciate it. Achievements/item drops arent a MAJOR problem(as we still get the game cards), but I would like to still get them if possible. Im sure most everyone here feels the same way. THX I.A.

@CaptainAdder....aren't you reading CHeeseh's post? He already compiled a linux version though probably not as updated as the one for windows.

yeah maybe not so on topic here, hehe . 1. I don't know about any plugin that might do that, It would be a good idea.

As for linux, the 0.74 version I think is still available for linux, but not the latest version. I will have time to compile that at the end of the week when I get the time
