Is there a configuration item which changes the speed at which the marine bots move their aim, or is it coded in? It's frustratingly slow, and they can't keep their crosshairs anywhere near a jumping and/or strafing skulk. Also, would it be too tedious to add a sort of "max bullets per burst" -variable, which the users could change? Most human players tend to empty their clips in 1-3 bursts, but the bots keep firing in small bursts even if an onos (me) is standing still right in front of them. dry.gif

Other than those, I'll be a happy commander-trainee once the wait_for_orders bug in NS3 is fixed. smile.gif Good work! wub.gif

Even at skill set to 100 (which I presume to be the maximum) their aiming is really slow, just like if you were using keyboard for looking around and had set the (whatever the x- or y-speed variable in HL is) very low.

I've also tried various update_vision_time, and ..._revs values, but to no noticeable effect.

Does everyone else have this kind of behaviour, or is this something that's happening only on my system? I'm not too skilled as a skulk, but I can easily take down a group of five skill-100-rcbot marines.
