I notice that its not just me that gets the deadly index when attempting to do a download. I have setup a waypoint upload download area on my forum if you want to use that as a mirror? http://forum.number-7.com I am desperate to try and download the co_ waypoints for my bot server from here, it isn't the same with just whichbot running on there...

This is a comression/decompression utility that is alot like winzip. Can you download files in winrar format or do they appear as index files as well?
