I have rcbot installed in hlds_l, in the correct directory, but alas, non of the commands seem to do anything at all...I tried using the rcbot addbot from both the server and client rcon but got nothing from that. My installation is on linux with steam hlds and metamod and adminmod. Thanks.

Try write protecting the liblist.gam after metamod installation.
