New July 2023 RCBot2 installer from dodbits (dod:s only) Options

Hi all, Just letting you know I have retired the older 2019 dodbits RCBot2 installer.

There were too many issues with the 2019 installer, also Steam desktop shortcuts are broken and Steam registry... is behaving badly when players move a game to another drive.

October 2023... new links as dodbits.com upgraded and some links broke.
