Playing with Aliens, The Marines can't build a spawn point

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 2 Joined: 15-April 04 Member No.: 290	At the NS 2.1, when I want to play as an alien, The marines can't become a commander and can't build an Infantry Portal. When we killed marines, the game finishes. Am I installed wrong? Or you don't programmed the marines to become a commander?
