![]() ![]() Also in the combat levels say co_core I can't use the command chair is this normal? Heck I made it all the way to general on one level and could give myself all the goodies but could not use the command chair. Whats up with that ![]() |

Well I do not think I have anything running loose like a virus or anything. I have the system locked down pretty tight. The firewall stops almost anything from getting in or out with out me knowing about it. Check the logs nothing strange messing around besides I shut down the internet connection when I play games on the lan. This box has Win 98 on it I see no need for XP yet due to the cost to upgrade all the pc's on the lan to XP Pro would not even thing of running XP Home. Anyway It's probably not hardware related as nothing else gives me grief. Probably has something to do with running NS under the Won version of HalfLife. I hate Steam it's total garbage and Valve ought to be ashamed for trying to police stuff to that point. Anyway at least I know the deal with the command chair in combat games not sure why it tells you you can use the chair with the tooltips or what ever that is. I'll see if it borks with a map change made by the system instead of me doing it. May be because I was running a listen server with bots instead of a dedicated server. May have to toss another box on the lan to run as a server but that takes up more space
