huh.gif I want to run a dedicated NS 3.04 server on the Lan but the darn thing always tries to connect to the master server. Even if I allow it to use the internet it still wont let clients join. It worked OK in NS 3.03 I had to let everone go to the net then I could kill the connection. Now it wont work at all sad.gif Any idea how to tell it not to bork off to the net ? This is a Won setup i guess as I have to copy the NSP folder to the Half-life folder. It works OK as a listen server blink.gif

That's just way to complicated. All you needed to do to keep your dedicated server LAN only was change the sv_lan command in your server.cfg to 1, save, start server. That's it. Everything else you did was overkill and not nessisary.
