hey everyone! havin some trouble, steam is making it hard to install the bot. How do I install the bot in the "steamapps/half-life/ns" directory? Ive browsed this entire forum but everything ive tried fails. How should the liblist read? how should all the files in the rcbot file be placed at? please respond thanks.\

The only other way to load rcbot is without metamod. You will NOT be able to add any more mods to NS this way. With the rcbot folder in the correct location, open the liblist.gam with notepad.exe then replace the gamedll line with this:
CODE
gamedll ../rcbot/dlls/rcbot.dll

Any other gamedll lines in the liblist.gam should either be deleted or comented out with 2 farward slashes, like this: //gamedll "dlls\ns.dll"
This keeps half-life from loading any unnessisary modules that may interfear with rcbot.

Save and close the liglist.gam. RCbot should load. If it does not then the rcbot folder is still in the wrong directory, please correct it.
