Quick question Options

I was reading a text file with the program (not sure which one it was) and it was mentioned that you can bind a key to the add waypoint console command. I just started learning how to bind keys about 45 minutes ago and I can't figure out how to bind a console command to a key. If you could tell me what to type into the console to get "Rcbot waypoint add" bound to a key that would be appreciated. I don't like pausing the game before my lan players every time I bring down the console.
