Just wondered if it would be possible to get the bots to use the phase gate when they work out the shortest distance between 2 places, would really help when trying to seige hives etc instead of having them run all the way from spawn and losing half of your seige turrets before they get there. I noticed that there was a teleport waypoint i think it was but i assumed this was for SC because it would be useless for NS unless you put the phase gate on the waypoint everytime.

waypoints are out the question, especially for things that will change in the game each time.
However, teleport waypoints will work if phase gates stay the in same place (e.g. in co_basic as you said). Tthey will use the path through the phase gates that way, BUT they wont use them, I believe you haev to "Use" the phase gates. The bots won't know they have to do it since I haven't programmed them to, yet. This may work if a bot takes advantage of a schedule called 'use phase gate' which is find path to phase gate use phase gate [takes edict of phase gate] [if not standing on destination phase gate, then use phase gate again] find path to destination |
