Ok so I have installed RCBot, done everything in the readme etc. done it all correctly so now im thinking hey this is going to be good. The problem is whenever i type in a command it NEVER works. It just doesnt do anything. Not a sausage. I type it in my dedicated server console, i wouldd try as RCON but i cant remember how to log in, and it is the same for whichbot, the commands just dont do ANYTHING.
Any help in this matter would be appreciated. |

Sounds like you have not authorised yourself with RcBot! This subject has been covered quite exhaustively elsewhere in the forum on how to set the bot_users.ini file up for authenticating you.
However imagine you had set yourself up in there correctly as: lightning with a password of flash when in game go to the console and type rcbot set_pass flash and you should get a message to say that you have been authorised. If it says password set you have not setup your bot_users.ini file correctly! Your bound key should now work...  |
