I when through your install guild (very helpfull) and got into the game only for it to tell me rcbot was a bad command. So i ran the "meta list" like it said in the FAQ and it gave me the bad path message. I did the only thing the faq said, chage "/" to "\". No dice.
I followed the intall directions to the T. I have ns 3.5beta5 or what ever the latest version is, and i have the latest meta mod thing out of the install thread. Whats wrong? =[ |

Yes, copy and paste one of the two sets ( whicheven one you like best ) into each of the numbered .ini files in the botprofiles folder. That my friend is the major drawback to listenservers. Opening the listenservers console will pasue the game and there is nothing you can do to prevent this. Suggest you or one of your friends try hosting a dedicated server instead. Upping the skill on the bot has nothing to do with bots navigation, waypoints do. If your bots are not moving then please make sure you have a waypoint file for that map. |
