My rcbot is not working

My rcbot is not working. I read all the pinned topic and i installed it, but still not working

when i put rcbot, or addbot or any rcbot command dont work.
this is what my liblist looks like

and 1 more question, do u have to extract the files in to the half-life directory? or do i bring the whole file to it?

on other topic it said that it sould be
C:\program files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\your@email.com\half-life\rcbot

but on my comp that dont exsist
