Problem, Compile Problem Options

Hey guys,

The readme files says: open workspace (etc. etc....) en then: rebuild all.
So i did that, and then it says at the bottom of my screen:
ERROR File not found, when he trys to find the file : c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe

Someone help me out.
