 swarming bots, help my bots are out of control |

hey i need some help on how to limit how many bots are on my server i tried the min_bot = 0 max_bots = 4 but when i launch the server the server fills up with bot and my ping is above 650
 can any one help me with this  |

Choke's actually lost packets from the client to the server, Loss is lost packets from the server to the client, both of which will make you skip around and jump backwards in a map though.. |
