Okay, I have waypoints for all the maps I'v had this problem with (atleast two, guessing all of them). And my bots, frankly, have 'spaz attacks'. The aliens, as far as I am concerned, made it to my base, like, ONCE, and when they do, they started twitching and looking around like mad. As for the marines, they just go outside briefly, and promptly start running into a corner.

Well, you didn't specifiy what mod this was on but since you mentioned aliens and marines, i'm assuming your playing NS. If you want the latest waypoints, I have to agree with stitchy, you can't miss with waypoint-world
