I THINK.. the aliens no longer get upgrades in combat. They should have the little icons on the side of the screen when youre spectating them, but they're not there, and it's been so long since I've seen one go like.. cloaked or silenced.
They do get the 2nd and 3rd hive abilities, but I think that's it... and I've also seen them not get the abilities, go fade, and try to shoot acid rockets. Just throwing it out there...  |

I don't think they're gettin em in normal NS maps either, the "check-if-you-have-this-already" plugin may always be returning 1 or something
But the marines get theirs, so I dunno. Maybe the impulses changed or something. |
