Sorry - WHAT directory for HL2DM dedicated server Options

As title.

Apologies as this has been asked b4.. But I have searched this forum and got nowhere.

I run my own server with SRCDS.

IT is in c:\\HL2DMServer
Then c:\HL2DMServer\hl2mp and all the \bin \addons etc.

I install the vdf and the dll as the readme says.
But when I do rcbotd addbot I get the message 'no file found adding default bot' or similar.
The bots don't move either.

So - I haven't got the ini files or the waypoint files in the right place..

I only run mani admin and mattie es.

So please, WHERE should I put the bot data and waypoints please !!
The bots appear ok and I can kill them that's no trouble..
