I ran this command: plugin_load hpb_bot2 and it displays error about tier0.dll. Even with that hpb_bot2.vdf file it WON'T load that plugin. Now it displays only:

Unable to load plugin "hpb_bot2"
Unable to load plugin "hpb_bot2"
User is offlineProfile CardPM

yeah vdf file is in right folder and dll too.
