QUOTE RCBOT 2 Alpha 0.3 for TF2 ------------------------- Put "rcbot2" folder in "Steam\steamapps\<your email>\" folder Put "HPB_Bot2.dll" into "Steam\steamapps\paul.murphy@ntlworld.com\team fortress 2\bin" folder Run Team Fortress 2 with "-console" enabled (Or goto Options, Keyboard, Advance, Enable Developer Console) Type plugin_load "..\bin\HPB_Bot2" Create a server with a CTF map (ctf_2fort / ctf_well / ctf_turbine) When map started, Open console and type "rcbot addbot" or "rcbot addbot <class number>" Class numbers: 1 = scout 2 = sniper 3 = soldier 4 = demoman 5 = medic ( Bugs ) 6 = hwguy 7 = pyro ( Bugs ) 8 = Spy 9 = Engineer (There are many bugs) the SVN is always up to date Also note: This version should work with Orange Box HL2DM and also fixes some bugs |

hmmm, for some reason the bots just stand in the spawn and do nothing. The medic will start healing everyone though.
I think maybe the waypoints aren't loading. Just to check it I did this: When I type in rcbot waypoint on it says "error could not load waypoints"? Get an error too if I type rcbot waypoint on. Anyone have this problem. I tried copying the waypoints into the actual team fortress 2/tf folder but that didn't do anything. I'm supposed to CUT the dll from the rc bot folder and put it in the team fortress 2/bin folder right? Not COPY it. I know it can only use one dll so I'm sure it wouldn't mater. Grasping at straws.
