RCBOT in NeoTokyo? Options

I was wondering if it was possible to put the RcBot into the NeoTokyo mod. For my first attempt to add bots to it, I put the HRCbot (or HurricaneBot) in it. The bots were able to be loaded and shoot when shot at, but the bots don't move around the map. Usually the HRCbot automatically creates waypoints before the map loads, but they still don't move around and creating waypoints manually isn't included in the bot. So I was wondering if the HRCbot doesn't work, would there be a possibility for the RcBot to be made correctly for this mod?
