can you download a map then just put it in the halflife/rcbot/waypoints/ns because i want siege maps to be in the bot waypoints

I don't get it. I have installed a waypoint file for ns_caged and the bots still don't follow orders??? I have activated the waypoints and the pathwaypoints and i can see the lil blue lines and everything and i have asked other people and they have said that they don't know either???? HELLP!!!!
