RCBot2 The Orange Box Installation Guide!, For Team Fortress 2 Options

I Have a Team Fortress 2 from The Orange Box and I'm Having a Really Hard Time Installing this RCBot2, I Downloaded this "RCBot2_053Beta.zip" and Extracted the "rcbot" Folder in "C:/Valvesoftware/The Orange Box/" Along with the MOD's, I Extracted the HPB_Bot2.dll in "C:/Valvesoftware/The Orange Box/Team Fortress 2/bin" Along with the Other DLL's

I Think I Followed the Very Similar Step for the Steam Version Installation, Since on the Read Me it Only Speaks of the Steam Version and None for the Orange Box.

Now I Run Team Fortress 2, Open the Console Typed "plugin_load ..bin/HPB_Bot2" and it Says in to Lines "Unable to Load Plugin" Just Whats wrong with that?

Please Kindly Post a Complete Step by Step Guide on How to Install this RCBot for The Orange Box!

A Help would be Highly Appreciated.
