Some Waypoints for HLOP4 DM release version here. Replace all poor recently gearbox waypoints.

Change:
- op4dm and op4cp_park: waypoint that available in rcbot 1.51b4 are all very poor navigation that make bot dont move nor strafe, new waypoint make sure bot move and shoot properly.
- op4ctf_gunyard: available waypoint file have almost no waypoints at all (except op4 spawn have some poor waypoints), new waypoint fix that all
