Bots don't shoot Options

I installed RCBot to use it in Natural Selection. I can spawn bots using the console commands just fine, but when enemies attack them, they just run in circles, not shooting back. They aim their guns at the enemy just fine, but.... they just don't shoot. Needless to say, this isn't any use until I can get them to return fire. Anyone have any idea what the problem is?
