RCBot 2 0.75 crash Options

Hi I bought DoDS today and downloaded + installed RCBot 2 v0.75. I think everything is in its proper directory but my game crashes upon the auto console commands once a game has started and after I click "ok" (I see one console command before the game crashes to desktop).
My config.ini reads as follows:

note: I changed the rcbot_runplayer_cmd_dods 416 to 415 and 414 with same results.

my bot_mods.ini reads:

note: # has been removed as directed.

A lot of this goes over my head but is there any other information I need to provide you with in order for you to help me? And I was reading that some people use: "metamod and SourceMod"...what are those and do I need them for just running the bots via RCBot 2 launcher -> steam and creating a server?
