How do you stop bots from creating/joining squads?, bots problems Options

How do you stop bots from creating or joining squads? They keep doing it and whenever I give them an order, they just hang out together near the base. Plus, some of them who actually do try to follow my orders just get stuck in a wall or have a real hard time getting around the map to the point where i want them to go. I've tried editing the bot map draw or something that enables them to see better and map around the way they're going to go. I put it like five times the original value and it still doesn't work.
