rcbot not working at all, I read the instructions, it's true T_T Options

Ok, to clarify, I'm trying to run rcbot via Metamod for NS 3.1, using steam.

I've read all the instructions on this section of the forum, to the letter.

put rcbot to the half-life folder.

downloaded the latest 1.38 beta dlls into rcbot/dlls folder

put metamod.dll in ns/addons/metamod/dlls

put a plugin.ini in ns/addons/metamod

inside plugin.ini : win32 ../rcbot/dlls/rcbot_mm.dll

changed gamedll line in liblist.gam to gamedll "addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll"


When I create a server, start a game, I type into the console -> rcbot addbot

and it just says that it doesn't recognize the rcbot command.

help T_T


EDIT: I also tried the windows installer, but it says it can't find the metamod.dll
