Here's a thread where you can share little hints, which may make waypointing faster and/or easier. I'll start with a couple.

Key Binding:
This speeds up the process of waypointing a lot. Read my Waypointing tutorial if you do not know how to bind commands to keys:

Increasing Time in Maps:
You may have noticed that when creating a server you can increase the time - this only works on ctf_ maps though, there is no time increase for pl_ or cp_ maps, which is very annoying! But, what you can do is set the game to tournament mode, which removes the time limit. To do this, type the following into the console:

• mp_tournament 1
• mp_tournament_restart

This will set the game into tournament mod, thus giving you unlimited time to waypoint at your own pace.
