i havnt seen any waypoints for this map so i did the basics pretty much, but the bots still act like ediots and they find the hive but not again after they die.

so if some one can find waypoints for nomlizkikko4, i would gladly apreciate it.
or could some one help me with it.

did you remember to save it? if you did, you should find it in your rcbot/waypoints/ns/ folder.

try saving your work much more often. You'll find it will save lots of time in the end.

thats what i have been doing.

i have found it, for some reasone it in my main half-life folder instead of my mod ns folder for rcbot

[CODE]
account name-
=========|
=========--half-life-
===============|
===============--rcbot\waypoints\ns <<<< here it is
===============|
================-ns-
==================|
==================--addons\meatamod\rcbot\waypoints\ns <<< not here ???

hope this makes since, because i thought rcbot works where you have metamod set to find the rcbot.dll

anyway, heres my waypoint file(s), i have 2 files, one's rcw and the other is rcv, tell me and ill post the other here too.

Attached File(s)
Attached File  ns_nomblizkikko4.rcw ( 11.16k ) Number of downloads: 34

Actually, rcbot belongs in your half-life folder which also seems to be where you actually found the waypoint in the first place. Rcbot does not belong in your addons folder, at least. not without using the rcbot_folder.ini anyway.

And the waypoint file is always the .rcw file. The .rcv is a visual info file of some sorts if im not mistaken.

ok, well then it put itself ther and its stuff, because i never did put it there in the first place, oh well atleast its working.
well for whats on the map's waypoints, i need some help making sure the points arent put too crazy, and ways so that the lerks and skulks use their certainpoints points well.

so if some one could grade and/or fix the probs that i created on it, i would like it. i am going to do some work on the the opening floor way points and some fly points, then if no one updated the points that i posted earlier, ill update it there then.

thnx for all the help guys.

ya, im back, and i got the waypoints cleaner and more organized.
thanks to the updates with rcbot, the bots are doing pretty good.
I get a kick when i see a gorge heading to the sides of the marine base to put up a res tower at the beggining of the round laugh.gif

only problem i find, just about every third match, they actualy put up a hive, if not not. otherwise they dont at all.

anyways, I read the thread about making the ladder and wal-stick waypoints, just one question.
it says that the bottem waypoint for wall-stick shoudnt be a wall-stick waypoint, just to make sure, is it suppose to be a normal waypoint, or the ladder waypoint?

I havent found a torturial or anything on making the flying waypoints, but from what ive done, the lerks have fun doing the most funiest manuvers in wide areas. biggrin.gif
but when it comes to trying to kill them, they sometimes drive me a bit batty if any of them have celerity on ph34r.gif

i cant remember how strict you guys are on old threads, but from the looks, it probly doesnt matter, too many people are leaving natural selection, i barely ever find any new players now-a-days.
