SteamCMD Windows Installation Help, Need help! Options

Hello all, I'm trying to install RCBot but having all kinds of difficulties.

I have a SteamCMD installation. This is the location of my server:

C:\Steamcmd\steamapps\common\dodserver\dod

I have an anonymous login so I wonder if that is the issue or not.

Also, my rcbot2 folder is located C:\Users\name\rcbot2

I can't get the bots to load at all.


It would be great to see a writeup for SteamCMD users using Windows. I see a lot of different things you have to do such as editing config files, changing ini files, etc. I've tried them all but now I feel like I've done too much. What does a clean install on Steamcmd look like?



Edit: I was able to get the plugin loaded but bots don't join automatically and when I try to add them manually, It says I do not have access to the command.

My accessclients.ini has the following:
"STEAM_ID_LAN" 63
"STEAM_1:1:12345678" 63
"STEAM_0:12345678" 63
