param3: Some Waypoints for HLOP4 DM release version here. Replace all poor recently gearbox waypoints.

Change:
- op4dm and op4cp_park: waypoint that available in rcbot 1.51b4 are all very poor navigation that make bot dont move nor strafe, new waypoint make sure bot move and shoot properly.
- op4ctf_gunyard: available waypoint file have almost no waypoints at all (except op4 spawn have some poor waypoints), new waypoint fix that all

param3: I update more WP for gearbox here!

Waypoint for more DM map from Goldsrc Anthology maps:
- XenDM
- Undertower
- Subtransit
- Stalkyard
- Snark pit
- Crossfire
- Frenzy
- Bounce

Fix wrong positioning waypoint that get bot stuck in ctf_dam.
Fix poor waypointing in ctf_repent and ctf_biodomed.

Another CTF maps bot can choose move in various route and use shortcut ways often.
