Seems you updated the guide some more for TF2. I think you should mention as well to look at the maps you waypointed coz that's how I learned most of the important ones.
As for the COnfig and PRofile folders, a full explanation of the profiles and commands would be nice written separately on another txt file to keep the actual configs clean. values min to their max and Important stuff as how to make the bot a super player vs cpu usage well you know the drills hehe.

Maybe add near top that waypointing only works on Listen server, won't work on dedicated server. Still reading...
Good idea to update the documentation before v1.0...
