any chance of someone waypointing the new hera on beta 3, theyve removed all the lifts bar 1 now so it should be much easier for the bots to get around

Try this out, i only had time to let a bot run around to see that i'd covered the whole map so if there are any problem areas let me know the locations and i'll see what i can do.
Seemed ok to me though and the 'rine i put in flew aroung the map (there were 2 lifts btw ) I've left the vents blank for the same reason i did with ns_metal. Attached File(s) ns_hera.rcw ( 9.8k ) Number of downloads: 34 |

Not that this is the forum to be discussing this in but yes it does support google,
(it comes stock, FireFox is a Netscape/Mozilla patch/add on....technical term for update etc...) In other words it sh*ts all over I.E. (The debil!) And yes, thank you for the feedback on my waypointing, (haha jokes) i'm glad that you derived so much pleasure from the blood, sweat 'n' tears..(no wait i didn't cry.....not that much any way hahaha ahem) i poured into ns_hera. This will be my last waypoint effort for a while too as i just got a new job today (6 weeks on 11 days off out the back of bum ph*ck (middle of no where) ) so until i am able to get an uber laptop: Alien ware or something along those lines and a connectin which allows me to annoy the likes of Cheeseh, (yeah i am pissed again ) , I will have to leave you in the capable hands of Sandman. -Sigh Yeah i know, it's 4:15am and i'm as pissed (drunk for non Australians) as fifty but i felt/feel the need to dribble some sh*t before i leave. See you in 6 weeks time when NS will prolly no longer be beta. -Waves n sh*t |

u were right IE is the debil as the waypoint downloaded fine with firefox... in general the waypoints seemed pretty good alltho the map doesnt and wont play that well until the bots can climb ladders and use lifts better, on the whole good tho, perhapps a little thin in places though

Might be because you screewed something up. Open your "my computer", click "tools" and select "folder options....". Scrull down and look for a rcw extention. If there is a RCW extention listed, DELETE IT! By default, windows xp does not know what the rcw extention is and will show it as some strange win3.x unknown application extention icon. If you try to open it, windows will then ask you what program you want to use to open it. Don't go any farther because you need a hex editor to read and/or edit it and you should't be messing with it that way anyway. Just copy the rcw file to your /rcbot/waypoints/<mod-of-choice> folder and play. |
