Man Vs Machine Sourcemod autoready plugin, A tweaked version of avi9526's autoready for man vs machine Options

The original developer states the plugin follows the GPL license which guarantees end users the freedom to run, study, share and modify the software.

Hey all just wanted to quickly post a thread to help aid those using rcbot2 on a man vs machine server. This is a autoready up plugin designed by "Andrew Dromaretsky aka avi9526" it was designed to ready up human players but with a very small tweak it will work with rcbot2.
(I plan on tweaking a bunch more of complicated plugins to get them working with rcbot2)

ConVars:
mvm_autoready_threshold - Amount of players to be ready
mvm_autoready_percent - Not sure (I recommend setting this to something low such as 0% or 0.1%)
mvm_autoready_Version - Plugin Version
